In a pilot study, 7 out of 10 participants demonstrated a significant increase in phagocytosis, a process to remove cell debris. A statistically significant increase in Natural Killer (NK) cell activity, a major component of the innate immune system, was also observed in the same research.
Another study on 11 male volunteers showed marked improvement in the adaptive immune system of those over age 50. A study conducted in vitro compared the effects of natural ingredients, including the ImmuXT™ extract in Immunitize™ on macrophage activation in THP-1 cells. The extract ImmuXT™ found in Immunitize™ was at least up to 1,000 times more active than other natural ingredients.
